Hopefully the seller is legit or else you'll be getting a black brick painted with the xbox360 logo! I have seen some horror story about how peoples buy consoles getting ripped off on ebay. But since you used this seller before, it should be find.

He's legit Grim, I have bought stuff from him before. And the stuff I got was in AWESOME condition, it was used but it looked brand new, no scratches or anything on it. So he is legit. And there is a 15 day return policy. So if it sucks I can send it back.

I GOT IT! It's HERE! Yay!!!!!

It came with everything that a new one would. Looks pretty much like new, a few scratches but that is to be expected. But it works and looks great.

AND! AND ITS UNDER WARRANTY UNTIL 7/10/09!!! YAY! Woot woot!

Well lots of profs dont have a Messanger or anything. So that is why they have email.

You want a picture of the Elite? Okay. lol I'll just send a picture of my current set up.

It has HDMI hookup, which is digital output instead of analog, larger Hard Drive, new video card chip, lighter, suppose to be quieter. I can't think of everything else but it was cheaper to get this thing (220 bucks) then to upgrade my 360 to a 120 gb HD and such.

To me it sounds like it's just got more ventalation that's not mechanic and better graphics. A lighter though?!

That is what I have at home, since I am in a dorm room, a 19 inch works fine. When I go home for Spring Break I will be hooking it up to my 46 inch HDTV. Yup.

My dorm decided my room's lock needed to be recored today. But forgot to tell me about it, so for 5 mins I tried to enter my room with my old key. At least the cluster office was open when I went down to get a new key.

Could it be that my Elite is special that is why it's grayish? Oh and this thing is built around 2006 time soooo maybe that is the color for the elite back than?
